Core Yoga Classes

This is an intense class that uses different movement modalities and mindfulness of yoga to give you a safe and effective workout to work on strengthen your core.

This is not a traditional yoga class. You should expect different pace in one pratice. Depending on the ability of the people who show up, we run the class in HIIT (Hight Intensivity Interval Training) style and mixed it with Pilates movements and breathing and end a class with a power yoga flow. Props like blocks, ring, wheel, socks, sliders etc may be used in this class.

What you need to know about Core Yoga Classes

If you are looking for a strong total body workout, this class is for you. Although the name is Core Yoga, we incorporate other parts of the body in this workout as well. After all, they are all integrated and connected. You may expect crunches, roll up, leg raise, plank, side plank, push-ups, lunges, squats, tricep dips etc in the HIIT part of the class; and balancing, backbend, forward fold, twisting etc in the Yoga part of the class.

Participants who attend this class regularly feeback that they see a great improvement in their stamina, indurance, postures and these help them to improve the holding of their yoga poses much better. 

 

To make your class more effective, below are a few tips:

1. Wear fitted clothes to help you move better.

2. Bring a big bottle of water to keep you hydrated.

3. Get ready to sweat alot - bring a full-sized towel.

4. If you are menstruating on the first 2 days, it might be better to skip the class. 

5. Not for pregnant ladies.
